Urgent- Update v 25.06 Breaking FR 955 Solar very often

Hi,

Installed v 25.06 update few days ago in FR955 Solar and since then the watch is shutting off and has to be put on charge for 30 Mins- 1 Hr to Boot again with loss of time ( need sync to update with current time). this happens once in every 2-3 days. It has never happened before.

Not sure how long garmin will take to fix this, is their way to downgrade the firmware.

This is urgent, as most reliable watch has become most unreliable...thanks to Beta Version 25.06 ??

25.06 is a release. 26.05 is a beta. Which did you mean?

After upgrading to 25.06, it literally broke the watch. Garmin pushed this as update and all issues thereafter.

Is there any list of previous firmwares to downgrade.

You can't downgrade a FR (well unless you use a work around) try the 26.05 beta that is available?

Have you tried software reinstall - Settings > About then press light 8 times and select reinstall software.

Thanks. Have received re-installed 25.06 which only available and visible to me. Kept in fridge for 5 mins and re installed. Will does see , update how long this helps

OK, I guess you are not signed for the beta setup.

Same issue again today. Watch bricked.
Foolish Question may be- Does Beta Version help or cause more issues? how they are being resolved, guess it will lot of time for garmin for keep clearing checklist/s.

Have signed up now. Don't want to miss FR955 MIP Display relationship with me .

Since my 955 installed software v25.06 I too have found my watch seems to be broken.
Almost every day it stops logging steps at some point and won't log any more until I restart it. Often overnight it fails to record any sleep data, which of course in turn totally screws up all my other fitness metrics. Sometimes, steps that I've done whilst it wasn't logging them during the day, show up the next day as having been done in the middle of the night whilst I was asleep.
Urgently need to be able to revert back to the previous firmware version and I'm amazed to hear this isn't possible. What on earth?! What can I do?
