Heart monitor problem

Since today's update, my heart rate monitor no longer turns on. This means it is no longer possible to track my heart rate when I am inactive or active.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I had the same issue. After the update the HR monitor stopped working. The solution is simple but not obvious. Put the watch in the freezer for five minutes and then take it out and force the update manually…

I also had this problem with the last two software updates.
I got the device working again with the following solution:
Turn off the device and turn it back on after one minute, switch on again.
Then, on the 955, go to Settings->System->Info-> and briefly press the upper left button 8 times. You will then be given the option to install the update again. After 3 attempts at the latest, the heart rate monitor was working again...
It therefore appears that software updates are preventing the firmware for the heart rate monitor from being installed or started correctly. (This can be seen under Settings->System->Info-> where some versions show 0.0.0).

I cant belive that actually worked for me. My update was incomplete, it was showing version 25.04*, I think the * ment it didn't complete sucessfully. It seemed to have crashed during the update whenever I tried it. After putting the watch in a freezer for 5 minutes it installed successfully. I think Im disabling the autoupdates now....
