I have been using my 955 solar to perform running workouts on my treadmill, along with the RUNN sensor for about a year (less than consistently). In the past month I have notice my load score has dropped significantly compared to the past. For example today I did a Garmin daily recommended base run for 34min at 9:55 min/mi. My hr was in zone 3 (140-148 bpm) for 9:46 and in zone 2 (126-139bpm) for 25 min. I am 51 yrs older and have a resting hr of 50bpm and a max over 170bpm. The load score for this workout was 1. Normally I would expect this to yield at least a score for 25-30. I did run faster than the target pace of 10:05 min per mi. Any suggestions to try to correct this would be appreciated.
