About Google Maps

I installed on my 955 Solar Google Maps App, but then I open it on Garmin and I go on configuration, I open Google Maps on my smartphone but it don't ask me nothing. So I try to start navigation but Garmin don't know and not start navigation on 955. Why? The watch is link with phone like usually...

Aha! I see it's a new watch app, just over a month old.

It's not as useful as the built-in Garmin maps, as all it does is show a notification with the next turn.

It's not clear whether or not it will work whilst recording an activity.

I'll have to give it a test.

I tried it. It's not useable whilst recording an activity.

It's as useful as a chocolate teapot. Don't waste your time on it.
