This might be handy for some of you using Edge as an extended display to your watch.
My configuration is FR955 & Edge 520+, but I guess the same should work for other combinations.
If I switch off my Edge before "Exit Extended Display" after finish ride, next time I power it on, Edge will immediately return to Extended Display mode.
This saves me a lot clicking and pressing especially as my Edge do not have Touch screen.
I am using Extended Display to have current metrics from FR and have audible notifications over my headset from Varia Radar. Built in speaker in my Edge is so mute and even more silent when I have front light mounted.
