Some files could not be uploaded to Garmin Connect

Have you tried a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

• Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
• Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, but I dont even know how to get the file! 
Sorry, I know how to run, swim and cycle but computers are not my thing, please help and I'll share the file! 

Hi please can you help me find the file, im using Mac, ive looked in garmin > Express the only files I have are TXT files. They start with SERVICE or CLIENT. I have no idea what they are. im not sure where the file for today's activity is.

It's on your watch. Follow the directions I mentioned above - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Expand the section "Mac"

You might need something like OpenMTP on your Mac. Used to be Android File Transfer, but that is no longer available.
