Hi, Anyone noticing drop in Hrv and rise in resting HR since May 13th which I believe coincides with the patch. HR, HRV, low REM sleep scores all got worse at same exact time. Race Prediction actually improved by two mins, apparently 23.20 made me run a 5k faster.
The HRV and HR are causing all my metrics to be strained, high recovery…basically quit listening to watch. Went for a run today, feel great, however watch readiness, HrV, Recovery all say stay on couch pretty much every day since May 13.
Training status has been strained almost completely since patch.
All metrics are down despite feeling good and training. Training load low however strained and readiness low at same time? Also, VO2 dropped since patch despite improvements in my running stats.
