23.20 Recovery, Readiness and Sleep Metrics

Hi - Anyone else notice extremely long recovery times post 23.20?  I see folks reporting the same on the 965 page and thought I would ask here since I have a 955.  I am seeing 67+ hours after an easy run now on my 955,  Readiness has told me not to workout for several days now.  Sleep report is poor despite 8 hours of sleep. These metrics all seem to have an issue since upgrade.  They were fine previously.

    Have you checked if your HR Max is still correct? There have been some reports here on the forum, where it had been changed (auto-corrected?) - of course that effects nearly every other metric, especially load and recovery.

  • Thank you for your response, I appreciate it.  My HR zones are correct.  Reviewing stats, I noticed my REM reported at zero a couple days causing my sleep score to delay my recovery.  Seemed more normal this morning with sleep score and rem.  Last December, I thought HRV was broken due to dropping low and it turned out watch was actually correct and within the next two weeks I had pneumonia. I will keep watching to see if sleep score has any more issues, for now I think it is me not the watch.  955 is a great watch, by far my favorite Garmin to date.  Thanks again.
