golf shot detection not working after 23.20 update

after loading 23.20, golf shot detection not working so I don't get distances that the ball is hit, and in garmin golf app the shot map is also not working

I just chatted with Garmin support and created a case. They said it had not been reported yet, so if anyone is still having issues, you should contact Garmin support and have a case created.

reboot is not a permanent fix, I have the same problem again. only detected 3 shots in the round today

Same issue here. Garmin had me do a settings reset for the golf activity. That worked for one round. Will open a case tomorrow.

I've been chatting with Garmin Golf Support over the weekend (played 7 rounds in the last 4 days) have tone of details/examples to give them. The performance of the watch is back to normal, which is good (from my other post) but hopefully with the information I've been providing through the weekend something will get resolved.
