Forerunner 955 Series - Live Event Sharing 22.24

Live Event Sharing is causing problems with my 955.

When I try to do a live even with a bike ride or a gravel ride, my watch shuts down and restarts continually. The only way to have the watch restart is to turn off bluetooth on my phone or turn off live event sharing.

I will be doing a lengthy bike race on may 31st and would like this for my family to track me.

Has any one else had issues with this?

Yep, same thing happened to me. I started a live event share for the salt lake marathon. It went into a continous reboot cycle. Eventually I had to do a factory reset.

I don't use this but I have seen many reports of this across a number of forums.

I suggest you contact support to get it highlighted

Are you tried with LiveTrack?
I tried it on two activities today and it worked perfectly (at least on 23.15 beta) and it fulfills your goal of sharing it with your family.

Yeah That does still work, However the live event gives additional info like estimated time of completion. I just really like the idea of that.
