I would appreciate it if someone could give me advice on what to do. I purchase a Forerunner 955 solar in South Africa January 2023. I used another brand previously but changed to Garmin. I work and live in China. After 2 months two blind spots appeared on the watch face, one at 12 and another at 6. I took the watch to an outlet in China, and they said they could not help me. I sent Garmin a complaint immediately the moment the spots appeared with the required documentation. When I visited SA in July 2024, Garmin said it is out of warranty. I sent numerus emails to Garmin to explain my situation with very limited understanding or help. I locked complaints on the service support and this week I received feedback from them again after a year. They requested the same documents I gave them two years ago and the same feedback from two years ago.
I have been used to using the watch for the past two years with the two blind spots, but it is annoying. It is an expensive investment, and I would have liked to solve the issue, but I experienced limited help from Garmin.
