The Stress Level in Garmin Connect is affected when wearing FR955 and recording activities through Edge 830 and other devices/apps connected to GC.

Hi,

I have a Forerunner 955, which I use mostly for running activities, and Edge 830, which I use for my cycling activities. Both devices are compliant, but wearing the FR955 during the ride and recording activity with Edge 830 (at the same time) is leading to a very high stress level score at the end of the day! Why is this happening? Shouldn't the stress level during all activities be disregarded in this metric?

When recording activities with a Garmin Edge 830 bike computer + heart rate strap during these activities, the watch records a high level of stress (related to a higher heart rate). This happens even though all activities are ultimately sent to the same Garmin Connect. As a result, this significantly distorts the daily picture of stress level :(

This is an issue also with other apps. For example Zwift (I use a Wahoo trainer + heart rate strap), the application is connected with Garmin Connect, meaning, after the ride is done it is automatically transferred to GC. I must take off the watch during the ride on the trainer not to get an extremely high stress level.

ONLY when I am registering activities with FR955, there is no stress data during the activity.
Is there a way for Garmin Connect not to take into account the 'stress' from the duration of activities that have been recorded by other apps/devices and are visible in Garmin Connect?

Here is the example how it looks:
