[22.24] Error: In do not disturb mode, the backlight does not work when the screen is touched

An error was found, if the watch is in do not disturb mode, then when touching the touch screen, the backlight does not turn on, but if you use the buttons, the backlight works.

it may be expected in sleep mode, but I think the backlight should still be activated in DND mode, since it's in response to touch from the user
