Forerunner 955 HR sensor problems

Hello , Ihave been experiencing an issue with my FR 955 lately. The wrist heart rate shows some crazy values. On the graph, you can see the heart rate during walking. The drop from 130-140 BPM to normal value (60-65) happens a second after restarting. Has anyone had such a problem? Is it a fault of the new 22.22 software? I marked the moment in red when I turned the watch off and on again

This looks like cadence lock, something the FR955 seems particularly susceptible to in recent firmwares.

Maybe I didn't express myself correctly. This sensor behavior appears while walking around the house/street, not while running or performing any other activity selected from the menu. During activities, I use an HR belt, but due to these anomalies from the optical sensor, I have inaccurate data regarding body battery, HRV, and recovery."

Have you tried any of the suggestions in the article? In particular cleaning the sensor and experimenting with the tightness of the strap, and maybe wearing the watch on the inside of the wrist.

The sensor is clean, and the strap has been fastened in the same hole for 2 years. Previously, it worked, but now there's a problem.
