The target HR on my daily suggested workouts is suddenly 9-10bpm higher than previous. Yesterday DSW suggested a VO2max run at 140bpm. I skipped the run. Today DSW suggests a VO2max run at 149bpm. Recovery runs scheduled later in the week went from a target HR of 107bpm to 117bpm. Why would this occur? Again, this is after no run yesterday, so I know the auto-detected max HR and LTHR have not changed.
