I regularly train indoor for 3 or 4 hours, the trainings are very simimar but the trainingloads my forerunner gives vary widely which obviously results in incorrect training status. Below some examples. Anyone who can clarify this?

How does the % in zones look on the HR Zones Graph? Are they the same?
they look very similar, especially if you compare exercise load 122 & 505 it seems very illogical to me

exercise load 505
Why dont you do a chat with support via the chat function an then they can analyse the situation. The 122 and 505 almost look the wrong way around based on where the HR% sit in the zones, in fact the one that shows EL of 482 as the most % in higher zones . Odd indeed
