Bugs: Resting Heart Rate not properly calculated, Stress erased after restarting

A "bug report" for two bugs that have come along with the recent 22.xx ish updates. Also asking for help on manually setting resting heart rates for certain days.

First, my resting heart rate has recently been way higher than expected from observing my heart rate graphs.

Matching the behavior of: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-255-series/328753/bug-unreasonable-changing-of-the-recorded-resting-heart-rate-and-wrong-recording-of-resting-heart-rate, I've found that I wake up and soon after I check my heart rate, it showed 45 yesterday, 42 today, but soon after checking some other data fields and going back, suddenly the RHR is recorded as 49 for the day. I scroll through my daily HR timeline to double check, and there is definitely a 30 minute window in sleep where I had 45s yesterday and 42s today. It could potentially be related to my watch syncing to my phone in the morning, since I turn off low battery mode and then my watch begins syncing. 42 before sync, 49 after sync.

My RHR was last correct at 43 this Tuesday, 5 days ago, about when I updated. Since then it's steadily increased up to 49 even as my heart rate timeline 30 minute minimum has been getting lower as I've trained more into shape. HRV is still correct, since it's been staying stable/steadily rising from 70-80 these 5 days.

Unless this is on purpose to never take resting heart rate during sleep anymore (so my data isn't comparable to years past, anymore??) there is a bug in RHR calculation or a bug in watch syncing to phone.

Additionally, when I tried to restart my watch to maybe fix this bug and go back to seeing 42 resting heart rate like I did for a flash right after waking up, I came back in and noticed all of my stress data was erased from watch timeline. Fortunately it is still saved on phone timeline since it was synced after I woke up, but makes me think that the RHR issue is related to the phone.

Anyway, if there is a way for me to manually set my RHR for specific days in my Garmin Connect Calendar that would be kinda helpful. I could eyeball lowest 30min average and come up with a way more accurate number than 49...
