[22.22] Stress data blank for the day after restart

After restarting the watch, the stress glance data on the watch itself is blank for all points prior to the restart.  Just started seeing this in 22.22.  Didn't know where/how to log a bug.

  • Have the same bug. It gets synced to phone still so it's still viewable but suggests some things having broken in the watch update - my RHR is also off now after the update.

  • Go to your settings (on clock, keep pushed the mid-right button for 1.5 sec), scroll to bottom option SYSTEM, then again scroll to bottom option ABOUT, then scroll down 5 and 6 times: if parameters BMX and WHR are 0.0.0 and 0.00.00, that means that the recent update was not finalized correctly.

    I've reported this error to Garmin Support for the last 3 SW update occured to my watch: it took me several SW manual reinstall to fix it. 

  • Check if the recent software update was successful also for your sensors.

    On the watch, keep the UP button (left side, mid one) for 2 seconds, scroll down to SYSTEM, then scroll down to ABOUT, then scroll to page 5 (and 6) and check if your BMX is set 0.0.0 (and your WHR is 0.00.00).

    If that's the case: the software update was not 100% successful.

    I solved this for the past 3 software updates (yes, known and recurring problem for my watch) by forcing reinstall manually for several times (for the 21.22 update, did it roughly 25ish times.....).

    Garmin support was not really useful for that

  • I had the same thing with race time predictions after the Blue Triangle resetting fiasco. The graph restarted from that date.
