heart rate monitor no longer tracking

Hello my heart rate monitor stopped working after i charged my watch last night.

Green light not on, didn't pick up my sleep.

Only purchased this less the 5 months ago

Do these steps:

Menu > Systems > About

Press “Down” 6 times and check if you have any subsystem version listed as 0.0.0.

Example: WHR: 0.0.0
