The training suggests turn to recovery, day after a workout. (after factory reset due to boot-loop thing)

During the boot-loop thing the week before last, I had to factory-reset my watch to get it out of the loop.

Now the training suggests turn to recovery, day after a workout. 
I had a recovery run of the 3 kms. Today again the watch suggest a recovery run.
Before the boot-loop thing I use to run 7 days a week, 2-3 hard run (1-2 tresholdt, 1 anarobe), some weeks 1 recovery run and the rest just basic.

Is there a way to regain a more normal suggests ?
