Issues playing music from Spotify app - after a while sounds cuts out, but still says playing on the app and still connected to headphones
Forerunner 955 - bought only last week
Connected to Apple Airpods 3rd gen
Had Boot Loop issue - fixed this with factory reset, sync with Garmin Connect on mobile, and downloaded a software update from today
I am still having an issue with playing music from the Spotify app on Garmin through my headphones.
This is using Spotify and a Spotify playlist downloaded onto the Garmin.
Initially music plays through the headphones, but after a few songs, or if a skip a few songs, no sound comes out of the headphones. It says on the watch that music is still playing.
No other sound now comes through headphones (such as workout alerts).
The headphones are not the issue, they work very well connected to my other devices.
This issue happened before the boot loop bug, and persisted after I did a factory reset.
It persists despite turning watch off on, redownloading Spotify app, and doing a watch reset.
Any help would be much appreciated as it is incredibly annoying! I could be at the start a run or workout and it messes up then I have no music for the rest of it. It is a brand new Garmin, very keen to get it fixed, thanks!
