I have a Venu 3 and got the blue triangle. Tried restarting a few times but got the same thing, so I followed the instructions to do a factory reset and now it won't pair with my phone. I removed the old device from the Connect App and Bluetooth, but can't get them to pair. It doesn't even get to the 6 digit pin. Watch is working but I can't get it to connect to the app.
