Activity not uploading to Connect from Past Activities

I did an activity on a course upoaded from Strava.
This activity only shows on Run:Navigation:Past Activities on my device.
It doesn't upload to GC, neither can I find any detail on the activity on my device.

Anyone have any advice?

Have you connected the device to pc and looked at the device drive to see if the .fit file is there? if so take it and upload it to Garmin Express

Does it show from the history glance on the device?
