I have already contacted support. They promised a solution with the 21.19 update. Unfortunately, this was again not realised. A replacement of the watch was rejected because it is a known software bug.
I don't understand why this has not been fixed. It works perfectly in 15.19 with the corresponding sensor hub modules.
