Hi, i am currently using the garmin run coach for my training. However, after the latest update the hr value have been increased by 2bpm across all 5 zones. For better context, my LTHT ish currently 180bpm, therefore my threshold run shd be at 180 bpm. However it's asking me to run at 182bpm instead when there's no chance to my LTHR value. Please kindly advice on this matter.
