"Some updates couldn't be downloaded"

Trying to update my Forerunner 955 to 21.19 but am getting "some updates could not be downloaded" every time. Anyone else getting this? Any ideas?

Yes, same issue.

Sync: "No app or WI-FI connection available"

Check For Updates: "Some updates could not be downloaded"
