I can't use VIRTUAL RUN anymore

Hi all, from some times my FR955 didn't work. Using Zwift run, during pairing process, I see "forerunner" and not see "forerunner 955"; it pairs, but I can't transmit speed or hr; my avatar doesn't move. I don't know why. I use treadmill only in this period, so I don't know from how many days(weeks? months?) it stopped working. Last winter everything worked perfectly.

Yep my virtual run has been brokenfor some time. I only use virtual run in the winter so not sure which update broke it.

Also, this affects all non-gps running activites. I did a indoor track run this morning. No pace.

HOWEVER, I switched my watch from my left wrist to my right wrist. It worked better, though not terribly accurate. Try that, so what your results are. Note: Don't change the setting in user settings. If user settings say your watch is on the left side, just change the watch, not the user settings.

I can't replicate it, works well for me the pace on treadmill. But I have a friend who had the same problem and it was because he ran holding on to the sides of the treadmill, which sounds logical that this happened.
