Course activation taking several minutes to load.

I'm having a problem when I activate a course. It takes a long time to load, maybe a couple of minutes. If I'm not right on the course it then says 'no navigable tracks found' and I have to start all over again and reactivate course. Sometimes I get this when I'm on the course too.


These two issues happen on every course but was never a problem before this month.

I have tried deleting all courses and music files though there wasn't much on there anyway, and a factory reset, but to no avail.

Is there anything else that I can try?

  • I did not observed such error, but can you check one thing: do you have GPS fix before activating course?

    I mean when you start outdoor activity you should have that Red / White / Green arc with GPS at the top of the screen. It should be green.

    I am asking as some other options has expected to have GPS fixed otherwise it did not work.
