Some FR955 data (e.g. Body Battery, stress, HR) not synced with Garmin Connect. What can be the reason?

I've had that a few times with my Epix Gen 2 a few times. Very annoying. Don't know the reason nor how to fix that.

Try uninstall Garmin connect app and reinstall it, if you haven't tried yet.
