FR955 crashes and restarts after starting an activity (20.32)

Today my FR955 crashed and restarted after I started an activity and the watch was searching for GPS satellites. After that, some hours of Body Battery and stress data were missing in GARMIN Connect.

I would be grateful for any help or similar experiences.

Usually when a watch crashes, there will be a memory dump file that Garmin will be interested in to investigate the issue. Contact Support.

Same. It happened few days ago when a running activity (connected with a h10 heart belt and a pod) started about 30min after. FR955 restart (about 45s) and then auto paused. The activity data seems complete…

Body Battery and stress data since last sync were missing too.
