Resume Later causes crash when option is selected near sleep time

steps:

1. start activity

2. pause activity when closing to sleep time

3. select resume later - you will see additional screen with information "that you are closing to sleep... plenty of text" and you have additional question with 2 options, resume later, end activity

4. select resume later - this causes crash of watch and restart

reproduced this yesterday on newest firmware in walk activity, I saw this bug in previous firmware

    I have all sort of problems when I use resume later on my forerunner 965 (which has about the same firmware as your 955).

    I use live tracking, and when I save an activity to resume later, my watch starts complaining it cannot connect to live tracking every few minutes (until I turn off life tracking, but there isn't an option to turn it back on again if you want to continue your activity)

    I have beeps enabled during activity and off outside activity. When I have saved an activity to resume later, my move alert suddenly beeps. But only the move alerts. Incoming notifications still only vibrate.

    I have AOD disabled. But after saving an activity to resume later, when I make a gesture to turn of the screen and wait without moving, the screen first goes into some sort of AOD mode (dimmed, and not al elements of my watchface visible) before going all black after 8 seconds.

    When I follow a route, and I save the activity to resume later, and I walk around, I get on and off course notifications (so GPS is still on)

    So, I'm not surprised there are more situations where resume later causes errors.

    I reported it to and other garmin support options multiple times, but so far garmin hasn't even looked into it, it seems. But yours is a crash, and garmin is slightly more inclined to look into a bug that causes a crash.

    If you perform an activity that straddles the start of sleep there are also other anomalies. I found this when I was doing runs near midnight earlier this year. It appears to be a long standing bug.
