Due to work and travel I'm sometimes unable to run or walk outdoors for days, and have no access to a gym or pool. I can do burpees, jump squats, pushups, rope jumping, run up and down in a corridor etc. I would like to use one sports profile (not change sport all the time) and record some approximation of distance, but "other" or "cardio" does not record it. Is indoor walk a good choice? Does Indoor Walk generate a VO2Max estimate or not?
