Menu crash

When I'm scrolling through the main menu (readiness, sleep score, notifications, etc) the watch suddenly restarted itself.
Version 20.31

It's the same from both sides when I scroll from the end of the menu and the beginning. It's keep happining when the battery is lower and now after recharge is the same. The version I have for several days, but today it started happanening..

  • I found a workaround, I removed the "last activity" item and works fine like before.. strange thing is that the "last activity" was nothing special.. just a 30 mins walk..

  • It didn't work for me...my Fenix 7 sapphire pro started this issue of restarting since 3 weeks (today is the 28.12.2024)...is unbelievable Garmin is not fixing this technical bug!!!!

  • Fenix runs different software to the Forerunners. You'd be best talking about this in the appropriate forum.

Fenix is under a different software group (Outdoor Recreation) than the Sports and Fitness group. There has been some convergence of features over the last year, but it appears they're still separate.

For example, the Outdoor watches have the ability to downgrade their firmware as older versions are downloadable from Garmin's website. Sports watches don't have this: there is no (official) way to downgrade the software and upgrades are only possible over the air or using Garmin Express.
