FW 20.29 Bug - backlight not triggered by touch during sleep hours

Screen responds to touch but backlight doesn't come on. All relevant settings - Display, Touch, Sleep Mode - all correct for touch activating backlight, just doesn't happen. Button press does activate backlight, and touch did as well until v 20.29. Behaves same with original and 3rd party watch faces.

Backlight by touch is activated at sunset, but yes, is no longer activated by touch after set bedtime. I prefer this change so I don't accidentally turn it on in bed, which wakes me up. Button press still allows use when wanted.
