Running Dynamics on 955 without HRM Pro?

I have Garmin 955 firmware 20.29

Yesterday I have run with low battery in the strap and pulse data were wrong -

I think pulse data were from optical HR,but running dynamics were recorded.

Will it record running dynamics data without HRM Pro strap?

Sure it will.

This was added as functionality at least one year ago with software version 15.xx (I think).
It will use the sensors…

It's easy to find out if the running dynamics came from the strap or the watch during your run: The watch alone is not able to record ground contact time balance, but HRM Pro gives that metric.

Sure it will.

This was added as functionality at least one year ago with software version 15.xx (I think).
It will use the sensors inside of the watch for running dynamics.

Will be less accurate probably then HRM Pro, but it works.

You are right: GCT is present,but no balance data!
