Software version 20.29 - HRM not working and can't connect to wifi

I've been having issues with my 955 reading a low heart rate for the first seven minutes of my run so updated up the latest version of the software.  Since then my watch HRM doesn't work (checked it is on in the settings, did a reset of the watch) and when I try to connect to the wifi on my watch it tells me I can't because I have a low battery even though it is at 98%.  Any advice on how to get my 955 back to being a useful sports watch?

  • I have a similar problem but my watch can't connect to wifi bluetooth and ANT+ after updating to 20.29 even though when I set it in the settings everything is on

    Basically (in case the link breaks)

    1. Press and hold the Light button, Start Stop button, and Back button at the same time until you listen to the first beep. (Top left button and both buttons on the right)

    2. After the first beep, leave the Start Stop button, but keep holding the Light button and Back button. (Top left and bottom right buttons)
