Screen Static But the lock works

i have an issue with my Forerunner 955 . I did the registration and the pairing with my phone after the purchase of my Garmin. During the installation phase, the screen remained frozen and static at 10.07pm . the image of the clock at 10.07 remains static on top of the other screen which is quite impossible to use the functionalities of the device . I did the update and the restart opf my garmin but the screen remains static and impossible to use. see the attached pictures for information . Have you had the same problem ? i sent a ticket to Gramin support but they are quite slow and not uspportive for the moment . Bad experience with Garmin support.

It seems to hang. Can you turn it off and on by pressing the Light button? If not, long-press the Light button until it is off, wait a few seconds, and turn it on. If that does not help contact Garmin Support by phone. I also had an issue with setting up my new FR 955, called them and they were very helpful. In my case the problem was with Garmin Connect on the phone, I had to restart my phone.
