As the title mentions, my resting heart rate has been constant/static over the last 5 days. I’ve never had more than two days in a row with the same value let alone 5. The value it landed on is within my expected range.
955 solar running 20.26, updated to 20.26 a week or so ago but don’t remember exact day.
