I saw that there were some map updates on GE so I rolled the dice and plugged my watch into my computer.
Oh dear - I got various errors:
- A big red banner across the screen saying a problem syncing with Garmin
- A file error saying that I had to remove it from Library/Application Support/Garmin/Express/RegisteredDevices/xxxx/PendingDeviceUploads
When I looked in that folder, there were some empty folders but they were to do with backup and restore.
Seems like Garmin didn't fully test the Backup & Restore of settings functionality.
