Suggested Workout dismiss does not dismiss

Since the release of 19.18, the "Dismiss" option of a suggested workout does not actually dismiss -- it just keeps you in a loop by closing the menu but keeping you on the suggested workout screen.  You can go back by pressing the back button but "Dismiss" should actually dismiss.  I was disappointed to see this bug was still present in 20.26.

I see there is a previous forum post from 3 years ago about this bug but no response from Garmin.

    Strange , mine works as expected and it do it far to regularly :-)

    Have you tried to "reset the system" by stopping DSW and then restarting DSW?

    Also try reset the activity in question in its settings?

    Yes! Someone else with this issue too. 100% is/was a problem on 19.18 for me. Haven’t had enough time to confirm on 20.26 yet. Iirc on 19.18, I rebooted the watch and I think I could dismiss it one time and then it reverted back to just doing nothing. Really annoying at the start of a run when you just want it to do what it says and you end up cancelling out of the suggestion and having to go back into run and scrolling to a data screen before it pops up again and you’re stuck in the loop once more

    I just checked and this is still an issue for me on 20.26. This definitely needs to be fixed!

    I have tried toggling the DSW on and off and we'll find out tomorrow if that's worked (I suspect I've done this before though in an attempt to resolve it, without luck). Not overly keen to reset run activity settings to default but might have to try that next.
