Corrupted file after a run

Hi,
I recorded my run this morning as I usually do but it has not synced to any devices. It has saved the activity on my watch below but is not on Garmin Connect or Strava etc. I have recorded different activities afterwards which have recorded without any issues.

I have tried to manually upload it to Garmin as other posts have suggested but it says unsupported file type.

I have attached the file below if somebody knows how to fix this. [solved]

That file is not corrupt. It uploaded with no issues to my own account.

Was that a run file? I've had to guess by file type

Any idea why it may not be showing on anything on the account

Thank you for checking, I tried the manual upload with it and it is not working on mine for some reason

Yes

Make sure you're logged in to the same account you always use. Log out, log in, then try again.

Thank you, yes that is the right file. Strange but never mind
