Blue triangle

Hi, I love my 955 but yesterday I got the blue triangle of death, whilst  doing no exercise at all. It's only 2 years old (bought in July '22) as have always been a fan of the health data and so had many prior  (lesser) garmin watches. 

I've tried soft and hard reset to no avail. The latter gets me to the cog page after the 2nd beep but the screen goes blank about half way through the load.

Does anyone know of any other potential solutions I can try? Failing that does anyone know what my options are  with Garmin? I've sent an email via the contact us form but would be keen to know if they have a repair service or if thru offer a replacement service in the UK.

They aren't cheap watches, so I was not expecting to be having this (or any type of) issue within such a short time frame. It's genuinely knocked my confidence in their priducts now after using them for so long.

    There is no repair service for the Forerunner watches. Typical process could vary, depending on your region and warranty. Could be any of these:

    • Work with you to fix the issue
    • Or replace with a new watch
    • Or replace the watch with a refurbished watch
    • Or offer discount on a new or refurbished watch
