Problem sincronizing activities in Garmin Express

I am experiencing an issue with my Garmin Forerunner 955 Solar. While the device successfully syncs steps and other data to Garmin Connect, it does not sync my activities (e.g., runs, workouts). I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting both the watch and my phone, checking for software updates, and attempting a manual sync, but the problem persists.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?Thank you for your support.
