Export activities from forerunner to mobile

Hi.

I can't login in my old account in Garmin connect, but I have the activities saved in forerunner (735xt) historic. Is there any way I can Export/transfer these activities (maps, statistics, etc) to my mobile/new account?

    Can you connect it to a computer and then you should be able to see the device drive and copy the .fit files and upload those manually?

    If you pair the old watch (735XT) with the new account, do your activities sync automatically? If not, I guess you would have upload them manually as suggested.

    If you get the files in a folder , use the RunGap app and import them into there and then link it to your GC account and share it to GC app. May be quicker than uploading individually to GC account (if that is teh way one needs to do it)

    I use the run gap app always to take my activities from Garmin Connect elsewhere as it gives one much more control than just syncing direct from GC to Stava (as an example). Very useful when one has issue as well as easy to re-import and re-export to various platforms
