Constant Update Loop / Sensors Broken 955 Solar 19.18

I'm having constant update loop when I plugging in to charge my device. I've tried the removal of the updates folder mentioned in some threads. Occasionally, it works and my sensor works for a few hours then die and sometimes I get the sensor 0.00, WHR version 0.00.00, BMX 0.0.0(!). All of this started about 2 months ago when previously the watch was perfect. I also now lose connection with my HRM and the stop / start button is sticking. Seems like this is a reoccurring theme and I wish I could roll back the SW or something.

You will not get official support here, no. Never.

The best you could expect, would be that Garmin officials collect data, IF they suspect it might be a general issue.
And of course you might find other…

One more issue the optical heart rate stops working after a finish my runs and remove my heart rate strap. Several reboots later it sometimes works..

And of course you might find other people with the same problem, but obviously that won't solve it short term.

So it is always a good idea to contact support.garmin.com directly, if you have a problem that bothers you and impacts your usage of the product.

In your case with the 0.0.0 versions, I have read this before and it seems to be an update that has gone wrong. It is not the new software that is broken, but the update process did not work correctly.
And as far as I understood, there is no solution for that other than replacement of the watch.

Thank you I submitted a support request. Will post here and hopefully good results. At this point i can state the optical HRM works sporadically..
