I have tried everything listed in the forums:
- restarted phone and watch several times
- removed the app and reinstalled on the phone
- Forgot the device in both the app and the bluetooth settings.
- battery saving is off
- I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps several times
- Tried to pair from the QR cod on the watch
- I never get a six digit code
- It will not connect to the wifi network either
I own an iphone
It stopped pairing for some reason about 3 months ago. I haven't been able to get it to repair.
