Switch off: “Don’t forget to log your menstrual cycle” notification

For some reason i (male) get occasional reminders on my watch about menstrual cycle tracking. 
As expected for men, there is no entry under “health stats” in my connect app and also no widget on the watch.

So how do I get rid of these notifications?
