OHR incorrect measurement.

I have to address this problem finally. My HR measurements are incorrect on a constant basis.

Sometimes it happens after I pause activity and switch it back on, for example after waiting on a traffic light. My HR then goes 10-20-30 beats lower for many minutes and there is no way to fix this. Yes, I do realize that after waiting on a traffic light it is expected to calm down a little. But not like this.

You have my permission to do what is needed. Please get back to me on how to fix this, I cannot train when it shows 140 beats at 3:00-3:30 tempo! I constantly have to worry about will it work or will it get messed up this time during a run.

Also with 19.18 update there is an annoying battery drain, I get out of home with 25% approximately in the morning, switch to power saving and at 23:00 have a run of barely more than one hour with all systems and music on. Watch dies on me, although it is expected to last longer. I lost data and training effect was 0/0, as well as recovery time.
