Heart rate broadcast doesn't work

I use an indoor cycling application such as Zwift or MyWoosh.
These applications detect my HRM-Pro Plus perfectly.
I wanted to try using my Forerunner 955 instead of my HRM using the Broadacst HR data build function.
Neither Zwift nor MyWoosh are able to detect my watch.
Is anyone experiencing the same behavior ?

Broadcast HR works solely via ANT+ and requires a compatible receiver. Could it be that the HRM Pro Plus works because you have it connected via Bluetooth?

Yes, HRM uses Bluetooth.

I hope Garmin will implement Virtual Ride such as Virtual Run to broadcast HR through bluetooth.

I might have been wrong on this! Looks like the 955 may also be broadcasting over BT in addition to ANT+.

I asked this as I spotted two different connections on a new rower I purchased. One shows ANT+ and the other is just named Forerunner which is apparently BT. You should check for the same.

I just tested 2-3 time and I can confirm it works fine.

Just select Virtual Run activity (no need to start it) and Zwift or any other applications will detect my watch vis BT.
