Forerunner 955 Solar won’t turn on.

I bought a Forerunner 955 watch 3 weeks ago. I had been using it without any problems for 3 weeks. I charged the watch on the computer and turned it off. My watch won't turn on. I've tried all kinds of button combinations but nothing works. Could you please help me?

    Did you try this button sequence?

    • Press and hold the two buttons on the right side of the watch.

    • Press and hold top left button until you see triangle or hear beep.

    • After the first beep release the upper right button.

    • After the second beep release the lower right.

    Those steps fully reset the device. We recommend contacting Product Support if your device will not power on or is frozen, before performing those steps on your own. If your device is in a frozen state, it is completely fine to simply force the watch off by holding the upper left button down until the device goes blank. Then attempting to power it back on.
